This is a fantastic head shot. The model is fantastic as well as the capture. There is fantastic eye contact with the camera especially with such wonderful eyes. Just the right amount of offset of the aperture so the background is blurred just right.
Now for the bad. Most of the negative please take as constructive these may be things not thought of. First is hair hair. The stray hairs are distracting from the models beauty. I like the strand going down the cheek but there is a lot of stray hair around it. This can be removed in Photoshop. Next when doing a head shot every tiny thing is seen. There is a slight wrinkle in the brow no doubt caused by either the sun or the way she had to move her eyes for the shot. It only takes a couple seconds to clean this up with clone stamp. It looks like the eyes are fantastic as is, if edited good job there but the other thing you must look at is the lips. That can be time consuming but on such a close up it shows the cracks in the lips most people have. It is time consuming to fix this but it is worth the time. Just reduce the blemish tool to about 8-10 and pick a spot that is clean then use the clone to clone the spot you fixed to do the rest of the lips. These are all things I have received at tips from other photographers so please take no offence it is something we all need to learn if we don’t already know it.

Excelent shot and I did do a critique mostly as tips of how to better edit nothing bad on the shot itself. All is lessions I have had to learn myself from other photographers doing the same for me. I appreciate things like I have done for you as it helps to learn.
Like I said it is an exelent shot.
